單螺桿泵混輸流程設計時應注意的問題

　　 液相介質(zhì)的連續(xù)供給問題
　　 單螺桿泵在油井原油生產(chǎn)中其生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)很不穩(wěn)定，在一段時間內(nèi)有可能氣體含量高，而另一段時間內(nèi)液體含量高，所以在使用單螺桿泵做油氣混輸時，為了防止泵在輸送液體和氣體、混合液的過程中，有一段時間內(nèi)液體斷流，造成定子因摩擦產(chǎn)生的熱量使定子橡膠溫度升高，橡膠老化，降低定子的使用壽命，介質(zhì)在進入單螺桿泵腔時盡量使用原油中的液體與氣體均勻混合，保證液體介質(zhì)對泵的連續(xù)供給。

　　 A、同時開動油田區(qū)塊中的多口油井，讓油井的油氣相互補充，使進入單螺桿泵的介質(zhì)盡量均勻。

　　 B、單螺桿泵前管路中增設緩沖罐，在緩沖罐里儲存一定量的原油，并用一套限流裝置給混輸泵供給一定量的原油。這樣無論油井含氣量如何變動，都可保證最低進液率，使混輸泵能夠正常工作。在輸油管路上增設的限流裝置，其流量應為混輸泵流量1/20的定量泵，用單螺桿泵效果會更好，使用時間應同時控制啟停。

　　 C、泵后管路中增設回油罐，用限流裝置把罐中的部分液體反回到混輸泵入口，保證進泵油氣的進液率，使混輸泵能夠正常工作。限流裝置可用節(jié)流閥控制流量，也可用單螺桿泵控制流量。本方案因回流部分液體，會降低系統(tǒng)效率。  
    C, pump pipe after add back into the tank, the tank with current limiting device reverse back part of the liquid mixture pumps entrance, guarantee to pump oil and gas into liquid rate, make the mixture pumps can work normally.Current limiting device available throttle control flow, also can use single screw pump flow control.This scheme for return part of the liquid, will reduce the efficiency of system.
